  Diablo's Cantina Las Vegas
HAVE A DEVIL OF A TIME

A 20-foot-tall she-devil towers outside Monte Carlo, neon flames flickering over her sassy, super-sized form. Below her, a party has spilled out onto the patio fronting The Strip. You are definitely in Las Vegas now. And the Light Group has rolled out the welcome wagon.

Though best known as a power player in Las Vegas' velvet-rope, beautiful-people, club scene thanks to Light at Bellagio and JET at The Mirage, the Light Group has diversified in recent years, adding restaurants like FIX and STACK to its portfolio.

But Diablo's Cantina marks a departure from the glossy, upscale norm. Here, there's no velvet rope, no bouncer with a clipboard, no dress code, and no mandatory bottle service. Instead, it's all about crazy, no-holds-barred good times.

There are two floors plus a patio, measuring 13,000 square feet in total. Live bands rock the second-level stage several nights a week, playing rock, disco, classic covers, and other favorites. Later on weekend nights, resident DJs spin hip-hop and Top 40. A custom-built brick wall adds a Wild West feel and separates the cantina from the casino. The Strip-facing front has indoor-outdoor design features that allow passers-by to get a good look at the action: neon lights, live music, free-flowing drinks, and, last but certainly not least, sexy "tequila vixen" shot girls. Of course, this scene comes alive late at night.

During the daytime and through the dinner hour, restaurant seating is available on both floors of the venue, as well as on the patio. The staff dress more conservatively and daylight drinkers are encouraged to hang out in the margarita bar just inside the entrance.
