For a little work amongst respite and play, Vdara will offer residents use of its state-of-the-art conference facilities for small executive meetings and social functions. For grander affairs, the large ballroom or boardroom is ideal, and all will have accommodating ground-level access. "Vdara will incorporate all of the offerings of a hotel into a unique living experience," said Angela Lester, Vdara's general manager. "Vdara will be connected to Bellagio via a pedestrian walkway and directly adjacent to CityCenter's resort and casino. You will be able to enjoy upscale hotel amenities and services, within Vdara and at the award-winning Bellagio. The location will allow access to a large collection of flagship, high-end designer stores, entertainment, premium restaurants, nightclubs, and bars."

Vdara residents will have easy access to it all via their personal concierge, a benefit of CityCenter's owner privilege program. Concierge Services will assist residents with VIP room reservations at MGM MIRAGE resorts in Las Vegas, VIP access to nightclubs and ultra lounges, VIP invitations to special events, priority restaurant reservations, preferred seating at shows, and spa services.

When a unit isn't in use, owners will have the option to rent out their units on a nightly basis.
