A: Some of our most popular dishes are Wagyu Carpaccio, Le Quack Japonais, maple smoked duck with mango chutney and mushu wraps, The Rock (thin slices of marinated New York steak on a sizzling rock), Sweet Ceviche, and Smoked Wagyu Rib-eye.
