When complete, The Residences at MGM Grand will feature three 40-story condominium-hotel towers with 576 units in each tower. Construction and sales are on the fast track at The Residences as Tower A sold out in 90 days, Tower B is nearly sold out and sales are underway for the third and final tower. Towers A and B are under construction with completion of Tower A slated for June 2006. Prices range from $450,000 to more than $2 million.
